I notice that because it is summer there is alot of dieting and exercise going on. Is anyone on a new exercise or diet routine for the summer?

If you are trying to lose some weight...Buy some summer magazines now because that is all they are writing about at this time of the year.

I'm attempting to lose some weight in the summer due to the fact that I may want to be entering a career that demands such attributes. I got to say though, it's extremely difficult now that I have a full time job and juggling that with my other responsibilities. I was initially on the "Insanity" program similar to P90X but more intense. It got incredibly tiring and I couldn't do it with my schedule but I may start that up again giving that my workload is less strenuous this time around.

I have been on the Starting Strength lifting routine for a couple months now. It's brutal! Squatting 3 times a week drains a person.
