SENT TICKET TO SUPPORT HOW MANY DAYS USUALLY TAKE THEM TO RESPOND????WAITING FOR THEM TO RESEND PAYMENT

Is it possible FC support is backed up or are they ignoring your tickets? :dontknow:

We had a bit of a backup - but now we're caught up.  Both debra and windstorm have replies waiting :)
