Not unless your car is 'allergic' to synthetic oil, or low-octane fuel for instance.

I'm allergic to certain nuts and with bee stings. People can be allergic to anything - probably even the scent of a new car smell.

I'm allergic to bee stings and sulfa medications.

Cigarettes, and cigarette smoke.

Keep your car clean and do not eat while seating in your car...and all your allergies will go away.

I have no allergies thankfully. Neither does my car. ;D
