Yummy! Sounds delicious! We very seldom fry anything anymore. My sister cooks the best chicken-fried steak I've ever eaten. Its always cooked just right, not greasy and not full of grisle. She lives about 2 1/2 hrs away so we very seldom get to eat what she cooks though. Hard to invite someone to spend a weekend with you and then ask them to cook for you. lol
