My son is two going on three and he really tries my patients :BangHead: how do you get more patients or does it get eaiser?

Patience. The terrible twos become the troublesome threes and so on. It's a lot to take some days-but just remember-they're only this young once. At some point you'll look back wishing he was 2 again. Just try to find fun ways to curb his energy. Maybe crafts or dancing to music.

My son turned two last month. he can be a handful especially when he gets a little attitude( which is also cute) i just try to give him some more attention since i also have a 3 1/2 year old daughter. Good luck to us both

It does when they get older, enjoy it, I know everyone tells you this, but they go fast and then you look back and forget about all the difficulties and remember the fun stuff.

If he is bothering your patients maybe you shouldn't take him on rounds with you. It's bad for a doctor when their patients leave.

First off, I assume you are saying patience? lol :P
I have a 3 year old. When he was 2, he was so sweet. Now that he is 3.....uhhhhh!!! :crybaby2:
He is such as good boy with me but when his father comes home from work or is around, he acts up. I think he just wants his daddy's attention. Although, some days he acts up with me, but he loves me. I keep this thought in my head, "He not doing (whatever he is doing at that moment, lol) on purpose, he is only 3!" Well, lately, I think he does know what he is doing. :-[ He is smart and knows what ticks his mommy off and his daddy off....hahaha!!
I do have to be stern with him sometimes and give myself my own timeout, or take the weekend off and go shopping as relief therapy, but then I find out I miss him and I feel guilty!! :angel12:
Why is being a mother such as confusing job? Haha!! But.......I  it!!! :binkybaby:
Good Luck!

I agree with other posters who said that 3 is more challenging than 2. IMO, it seems that 2 year olds are simply testing the boundaries and that three year old take it a bit further with an attitude. Still, they are cute. I hope you can gather your patience because they'll be grown before you know it!
