Not a movie, but a mini-series, "Band of Brothers."  Based upon a book written by Stephen Ambrose about Easy Company, 506th PIR, 101st Airborne Division.  A great story, and the acting is superb.

Fav movie of all time is Roots..my second fav is Pippi Longstocking..I just love that lil girl and her horse...

My favorite movie changes as frequently as my favorite band or favorite song.
As of right now, I'm going to have to say Requiem for a Dream or Trainspotting.

I totally have to agree mine changes with my mood theres so many good movies its too hard to pick just one

That's why every time I stumble across a "favorite movie" post, I choose a different film. I usually select one that I've either just watched or one that I plan on watching.
