I just find enough stress from the troubles of my beloved friends and family in my days without inviting the stress of those I don't know. What I do like are shows that inform me. Sometimes these shows are just a little too tramatic.

I do like Prison Break, Sports, and several different cartoons. I also like some reality shows and games shows like American Gladiator, American Idol, Wheel Of Fortune, WWTBA Millionaire, Deal or No Deal, etc. However, we only get like 5 channels so I don't really even watch tv that much, and thats fine with me. :)
