3) Medium
4) Medium Well
5) Well
I love my Steaks Medium to Medium Well. How about you guys?
-
I like medium rare and very juicy. I could really go for a steak right now.
-
I like my steak medium well, with some A1 sauce on it and a salad on the side or maybe some potato salad and some mac and cheese!
-
I like my steak medium rare, it has to have some flavor to it and if it is cooked too much then it is like eating ashes. :dontknow:
-
medium rare. Steak sounds really good right now!
-
I would love a steak right now. Medium rare inside and nicely charcoal on the outside.
-
I don't eat steak like I used to, but when I do it steak I like it medium well or well done. That's because at some places medium well is really well done and well done is burnt.
-
i like mine medium well :)
-
5, maybe 4 on occassion
-
Well done is the only way I eat meat.
-
Medium rare. People who cook their steaks well done shouldn't be eating it! What a waste of meat.
-
I like mine medium well, just slightly pink in the center but nice and well done on the outside.
-
I like mine medium rare and my favorite steak is a rib-eye. In my opinion it doesn't get any better than that. Yum Yum. :peace:
-
I love a rare steak. It seems that these days it is hard to find a restaurant (at least around hear) that knows how to prepare a rare steak. In the end I have learned to order a steak med-rare. >:(
-
I like my steak medium rare. with that juice running when you cut it.
-
I will take mine medium rare, almost medium but a little more red (no blood though) that grosses me out!
-
Medium rare. Salt, pepper and a little fresh lemon juice. Don't really care for sauce on a good steak, and ketchup is an abomination.
-
funny, my wife and are making filet mignon for or anniversary dinner tonight!! we both like our steaks medium rare. I have had rare before, and love it, but I only get it that way at a restaurant.
-
;D Well, I like mine totally well done with no pink. I don't want it burnt or cooked to death but I want it well done. My father-in-law used to say if I were invited to a bbq, my steak had to be on the grill before anyone got up in the morning and that if I had any left over I could make a belt out of it. (The man thought he was funnier than he was). My brother wants his thrown on the grill and immediately turned over which I say might has well just go gnaw on a live cow. Anyway there it is ;D
-
I like my steak medium rare, but more on the rare side, with just a little touch of ketchup and salt. My favorite kind of steak is chuck eye. It's a bit hard to find but it's worth shopping around for.
-
I have to have my steak medium rare!!
-
my choice of steak would be well done
-
cooked ;D ;D
-
I love steak when its either medium or medium rare. Seems when I order medium rare I get medium, but I guess it's not that easy to tell if the steak is cooked right everytime. :P
-
i like medium well i can do rare but i do not prefare it
-
Well done :icon_rr:
-
Medium well for me please ... just slightly pink
-
I like my steak cooked well done. I do not like to see any red in my meat.
-
Medium well thank you. ;D ;D ;D
-
i like mine well done
-
Medium to medium well. I do like a slight pink streak but nothing less than that.
-
I've always ordered mine Medium-Medium Well also...
Lately though one of my co-workers has requested that the next time I order a steak at a steak house, to get medium rare at most...
He said if I hate it, he'll reimburse me the meal, but he thinks I'll love it.
I've never had it under Medium, so I don't know if I'd like it or not!
-
I like mine medium rare. One now would be really good.
-
all the way well
-
Meduim rare. My favorit steak place in the Outback Steakhouse. I love thier salad dressing too (Ranch). :notworthy:
-
I like my steak well done and if it's served any other way I will send it back.
-
Medium rare for filet mignon, medium for any other steak-- I don't eat steak very often, but when I do, I love it :)
-
I rarely will eat a steak, but when i do make it medium rare and it will usually turn out to be medium. I am not one for much beef. I prefer fish or chicken. will give you a chuckle for the day. first off don't tick off the cook or they may do what i did to a customer. My wheel was doubled and a drunk came in demanding i get his rare steak out to him at once. Put up with him for a short time (had his steak going) went out with a frozen one and set it in front of him. Shut him up. Let it set for a couple of minutes while i was cooking his.I never had anymore trouble out of him. Oh yeah i could do it. I managed the place and cook was off.

You should have been reported for a restaurant healthcode violation.

I like mine cooked medium rare. I cooked some the other night outside on the BBQ with wood and let it smoke it pretty good. Still very juicy and a great flavor
-
medium well
-
I love a good steak!!! I will eat one any way its served to me...but if I have my choice it's Medium Rare
-
I'm not a big steak person as many others, but I take mine (if given the option) medium. I always tend to add something to them as well, including pepper.
-
Medium Well. But the beef HAS to have came from grass fed cattle, and also be antibiotic-free and steroid-free.
Otherwords ORGANIC.
-
I love mine medium well.
-
medium to medium well
-
Well done... no question.
-
VERY rare - really really red in the middle (no pink thank you), nice dark charcoal look on the outside, with lots of juice running out when you cut it.
They're SO juicy and tender that way.
I WILL eat medium rare (if I have to) IF it's more towards the rare and less towards the medium. But I prefer not :angry7: to eat steak cooked any way other than very rare
We tried a "new cut" of steak this year....called sirloin strip steak.
They're cut from the tenderest part of the sirloin steak, and they are "strip" shaped, but generally pretty big and thick.
OMG - These sirloin strip steaks are so tender and juicy, they almost melt in your mouth, and they also have an outstanding flavor.
-
Used to I always liked it from medium to well done but since I don't eat red meat anymore, I don't like it anyway you cook it.
-
I like mine medium well, done enough to know it's thoroughly cooked but not dried out.
-
definitely medium rare.... it's the creamiest best way to go
-
I would prefer a steak medium to medium well with some A1 sauce
-
I prefer my steak between rare and medium rare. #vampire
-
I prefer my steak between rare and medium rare. #vampire
My sister also likes hers to be shown a picture of fire and then moo plaintively after the fork goes in.
-
I prefer my steaks medium, just past medium rare. The problem is when I ask for medium at the restaurant they always over cook my steak. So now I ask for a medium rare. Sometimes, if its a good chef, my steak really is medium rare. In those cases, I eat it anyway! I know if I send it back they will only over cook it.
I know I'm not the only one with this problem.
-
I kinda look at me steaks like women. I prefer my steak well done. A women that has a head on her solder. Fully understanding things.
-

So, you prefer a steak that's like a female wielder?
-
I like my steak well done.
-
Medium rare and grilled to just about a crisp surface - yum
-
Medium, not to pink
-
Medium rare! Oh my! I'm hungry now!
-
i like my steak medium rare...yummy :bunny:
-
I like mine well done , as long as it is not burned.
I hate to see cow blood drip on my plate yeak!
-
I like medium well done. I am too concerned with food borne disease to go much less done.
-
3 of coarse. its the hardeds to cook and tastes the best. im worth the effort
-
I like my steak medium rare. It always seems to come out medium which is good for me.
-
I have to confess I'm not a big steak eater. Howevert, when I do dine on streak I like it well done (but not burnt!)
-
I usually go for Medium, but sometimes I'll go for Medium Rare.
The problem with Medium is that VERY few places manage to cook it correctly! Usually it's overdone a bit
-
well done all the way.
-
Medium rare, here. Nothing better than having something to sop up with some toast after eating a good, medium rare steak. Mm-mm!
-
I don't eat steak very often. Actually, I don't eat red meat in general very often. When I do have steak, I prefer it to be well done but not over done. Sometimes I don't mind it being between medium-well and well-done, but mostly I'd just rather it be completely cooked through. I hate it when it gets over cooked though, so hard to chew!
-
Medium well thank you. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Medium rare, please. I want to see a deep pink / red in the center... made a delicious one this past Labor Day weekend. :)
-
medium rare to medium. I like it pink and juicy and squishy, rather than tough and chewy and dry, but i know there are health risks involved with eating undercooked meat.
-
I think either medium well, or well
-
Depending on the Restaurant!! I normally order Medium Well because I like a little pink in the middle. I have found that some Restaurants cook Medium Well too Well for me, so It really depends on weather I order Medium Well or Medium.
-
I like my steak non-existent. I don't eat red meat at all. I think it's too hard to digest and I don't like it. It requires too much chewing and it's not worth it.
-
I like my steak medium.
-
I eat mine well done. I don't like to see the blood.
-
med-well to well. i cant stand *bleep* meat yuk and dangerous for diseases too
-
I prefer medium. When I cut in and it's more blood than juice it grosses me out, but I don't like dried out shoe-leather either :)
-
I prefer my steaks well done.
-

I like it well done, but most of the time they cook it to long so I go for Medium well.
-
I like a steak between medium rare and medium. Never more than that even though I've eaten medium well, i'm not that picky I guess
-
