Title: Paid videos mostly don't credit
Post by: narv on August 26, 2012, 09:26:04 pm: I have seen a lot of users complain that particular paid videos aren't crediting, but today I tried them all and the ONLY one that credited was the samsung galaxy one. May I point out that this is a little unreasonable? At least I don't depend on the videos for my income. ::)

I only had the samsung galaxy one, and the duran duran videos today, and both credited for me. (Well not 100% true - I had the July fail compilation that requires connection to a FB account, & I don't do those)

Be sure to follow the instructions completely.
Some of the video you may have to share on facebook or watch in their entirety.

Post by: vickysue on August 28, 2012, 01:54:57 pm: I haven't had a problem with the paid vides not crediting. Maybe you are not folling the directions for them. Some you may have too stay on longer. If you just click on and then off , no some will not pay you.

Post by: cwortman544 on August 28, 2012, 10:40:46 pm: I get credited for all the videos I watch usually and I use firefox browser and try to clear my cookies before watching them but even before when I haven't cleared cookies they've credited for me. It's important to realize you have to open them, keep the window open and watch entire video, then when it is finished you can close it and you should be okay.

I rarely get credit for watching the Mead 5 star video, same with the "choice" one with obama in it, that one used to be up everrrry day and it only credited me like one day lol.

For me its almost always the same few that don't work but I still can usually get 10 cents or so of videos everyday regardless of the not working ones.

Have you tried using a different browser than the one you usually use? I know that can make a difference on offers sometimes, maybe it will on the videos too?

Post by: BrittneB on August 31, 2012, 07:12:32 pm: I have had no problems getting credit for videos and I have a habit of having my videos playing while I complete the daily surveys. I know this isn't suggested b/c it could ruin you getting credit but I have had no problem so far getting credit. I use firefox for my browser and clear my cookies every time before I start on the site. Try clearing your cookies, it might help!
