If I could have a successful career, that would be just great. I'm not the type of person who feels like I'm "incomplete" without a partner, so choosing between the two is quite an easy decision for me. I'll take a successful career.

I would rather have a successful career. I do not care about having a relationship, successful or not.

i think family/loved ones are more important than money and
self fulfillment. my successful career isn't gonna cuddle up
with me at night!

...i don't fully depend on someone else for my happiness, but
i don't do it with my career either. i don't think i could enjoy
a successful career if i was lonely.

a relationship is much more important than success.

There are so many different ways to look at this.  A successful career is much more common that a successful relationship.  That would make people lean towards the relationship.  On the other hand, a successful relationship would have no effect on your career while a successful career would make it easier to have a succesfful relationship.  I will take the career.

A successful business will not put its arms around you when you are in pain or hold your hand when you need a friend.

I'm thinking a successful relationship. I'm not a big believer in career. I just want to make enough money to support my family and enjoy being with them.

a successful relationship, i believe if you have a partner to help out then your set for life. i mean think about it, what happens if your carreer fails... at least you got a strong partner to fall back on.

I prefer the relationship, but having enough money to make ends meet is good, too.

I can truly say I  prefer the relationship. The RIGHT relationship makes life all that much better.

I would much rather a successful relationship than a career. In many ways these can be intertwined but at the end of the day I would rather someone to share my life with then having a career  and being alone. :peace:

I would rather have a successful relationship.  Then I can share my successful career with him
(or my so so career, or failures).  The relationship helps me weather whatever comes.
