Title: Tired of being taken advantage of...

Ever since I started using FC there have been problems with the surveys. I have submitted support tickets and never received a reply. It is as if there is no support team at all and it is just a ruse. I am tired of taking the time to complete surveys, get to the screen where I am thanked for my participation and told to click submit for my answers to be recorded, only to be sent to a website where I can receive a random gift card if I jump through several hoops. To me it is clear that the sites sponsoring the surveys are intentionally getting their surveys filled out for free. They take your responses then come up with a way NOT to pay you and FC will do nothing about it!! I still typically make the required $25 to cashout but could easily be at $35 a month if there was more intrigrity in this system.
I wish something could be done about it but I feel that all I will get out of this is a venting.  :BangHead:

I understand were your angry. But there is a support team, i actually had an issue that my direct deposit could not go through and after 3 months FC held my balance and when i sent a support ticket they sent me my earnings via check, If your issues are with the other sites that do the surveys then i suggest maybe not using those sites. To be honest i only do the surveys in FC survey under daily because they credit and if you dont get accepted FC still gives you an incentive, also maybe theres an issue with the host of the survey or malware of some sort that popping you to those screen. I'm sure if it was an issue on FC part they will sort things out. HHope you have better luck!

But there is a support team, i actually had an issue that my direct deposit could not go through and after 3 months FC held my balance and when i sent a support ticket they sent me my earnings via check, If your issues are with the other sites that do the surveys then i suggest maybe not using those sites. Thanks for understanding. I am just burnt already today because I filled out one of the FC surveys on Investments and after 20 mins of a supposed 15 min survey I got to the end where they asked the demographic questions and then was sent to a webpage promoting a different survey site. So I didn't get the $1.00 nor the 1 penny for trying. Then I went to the SSI 55cent survey (which I have had great luck with in the past) the thing I described in the first post happened. So after about 1 hour of work this morning I got nothin'. Ticked me off abit.

Has anyone had this happen? I signed up to a game site through the offers, confirmed the e-mail from the site,but didn't get credited for signing up. Now, I'm being inundated with e-mail offers from the site. So obviously my sign-up went through.
Can't find a spot on their site to unscribe. :(

You may want to check your computer for viruses. I have never had an issues with being sent to another site upon completion of a survey. I completed that investments survey yesterday and it finished up just like all the other surveys. It took me to the Fusion Cash thank you page and I got my money shortly after.

I would scan your computer because it definitely sounds like it's infected, especially since you said you didn't have these problems before.

There has been no support tickets or emails sent to either support@fusioncash or kohler@fusioncash.

I haven't sent a support ticket for about 2 months but did send at 2 or 3 prior to that and haven't ever received a response. I remember 1 of them being about the Opinion Outpost tat I signed up for, receive the e-mails from them but never got the credit. Hmm

I meant 'Opinion Square' not opinion Outpost. I tried twice with that at different times with different e-mails and nothing. Even though it is installed in my computer.

I know where you're coming from but to me it's a simple fix, stop attempting the surveys.  I've gone through the same frustration and still do at times.  As an example yesterday I tried an FC survey it said I qualified for the survey so I click the next button and I was brought back to the FC page saying I was disqualified.  Even though it didn't take me through an entire survey it was still frustrating because you get that thinking "oh yes finally a survey I qualified for let's get this money!" and then the next click shoots down those hopes.  It can definitely be frustrating but the only ones I try anymore is the FC surveys you get taken to after your 15 cent daily click.  It's not worth the time or aggrevation.  If you add up the time it takes to do some of these surveys, $1.00 or less is not worth 65 minutes or if you get to that 60 minute mark and it disqualifies you then there is nothing at the end of the rainbow except for a "good try, maybe next time."  My solution is to try it sometimes when you have spare time but not a lot because then you will just reach a sense of frustration that will leave you not wanting to get on here at all.  Something is better than nothing and most of the stuff on here (aside from surveys) does not take long to do at all.  Good luck to you and don't get discouraged! :wave:
