Title: Dieting tips

HAve GOT to lose weight.  ???  I used to be healthy and fit so I do know the basics, but i have several chronic issues that make eating right hard and exercising very difficult. any ideas/advice?

With my work hours increasing, it's making it very difficult for me to pre-plan and prepare healthy meals in advance because basically most of the time I'm so tired it's hard to think straight.  I was looking on-line for a healthy, quick, convenient meal replacement solution and I found this site (which I am not an affiliate of, do NOT make any money off of and I don't have a "sponsor", I found the site strictly by using search engine). 

After reading about the product, I am considering purchasing within the next month.  (I had seen a calendar online that had daily recipes where you use the product and add fruit(s), nuts and other items to it for variety and even a recipe for pie & cookies, but I can't seem to find that at the moment...)  The site is:  www.shakeology.com

(*If anyone else has tried this product, please post your comments on it...I'd love to know if it's as good(flavor), as convenient (mixes well) as they are advertising.

I basically eat whatever I want but I take smaller portions then I normally do. I also drink water and I try to do activities instead of boring excercises.

i'm doing low-carb dieting, but i'm not extreme about it.
if i mention "low-carb" to someone, they usually freak out
and tell me how wonderful carbs are for you...

lol. i'm just not eating AS much.
if i have them for lunch, i skip them altogether at dinner
and vice-versa. its been pretty easy for me to stay on
track this way (because I LOVE CARBS)... so if i get a little
each day, i don't want to kill someone  ;D

and lots and lots and lots of water, too.
it helps so much with digestion/constipation.
