Title: long weeks
Post by: lparker5 on September 10, 2012, 06:06:07 am
So it has been a long two weeks, when my kids first started school my oldest daughter got the head lice drama and I couldn't get rid of it. I gave her 4 different treatments and busted out the entire house in lice medication and fall cleaning. Totally sucks when you can't find the bug so I told the school lady that if she got it again I am going to buzz all the kids hair in her class room and thank god after time number 5 and three weeks later it was gone. Now my poor 18 month old has a bad diaper rash a runny nose, and he poo's every hour on the hour and won't eat anything.  I so need a break...

You need a baby sitter for a night out to relax.

I feel for you.  Head lice is a major problem.  I never had it, but I spent 25 years working in a school setting and saw many many outbreaks of lice and other things.  I know it can be hard to get rid of, good luck!  Like the person before said, get a babysitter and go out for a relaxing night!

I would complain to the school for the child getting head lice to begin with. That means they are not doing their job. I am glad you got rid of it and everything is better. When everything calms down, give yourself some time for yourself t refuel.
