Title: What helps you to earn the $15.00 required for cashing out?

Reason I ask is that I just discovered I can't cashout until my 'offers' portion totals $15.00 dollars.

If I can't qualify with surveys and ptcs', and videos, and cheap flights, and trials, how in the heck did I earn my present 'offers' amount of $6.34 out of my total earnings amount of $24.69?

Why does it take even longer to earn the required 'OFFERS' in my cash earnings portion for cashing out for a $25.00 FusionCa$h.net paycheck?

Also, is there gonna be another pop up message sayin that I missed something again, and therefore I still can't cashout because I missed a particular part of my total earnings when I click on the 'cashout' button in the future?

Please understand I'm still learning NOW how to earn 'offers' worth $15.00 before I can click on the CASHOUT BUTTON.  :notworthy:

It's like not only is there the rules and regulations and policies in here to deal with, but now theres this pop up message/reminder/notifier stating that I must specifically earn $15.00 dollars in the "OFFERS" portion of my total earnings after I've clicked on the cashout button upon reaching $25.00 dollars in my account.

Forgive me, but I am a very very very slow learner in here. I intentionally don't mean to jerk anyone's chain in here nor pis$ anyone off in here neither  :sad1:.
