Which cable service do you think have the best service? (why do you think the cable company you chose have the best service)
-
:-[ Well sadly don't have cable anymore, well kinda don't - I kept basic cable but extended cable that allowed me to watch the two major shows I like had to be cut due to finances (or the lack of thereof lol) but I had Brighthouse which is the cable in Florida where live and I thought it was the best - hardly ever out. My mom had satellite but I never got it, the packages were weird and everytime it looked like rain it went out. :P

Free TV is nice. I had my times when I couldnt no longer afford cable. So I do understand. I had 3 stations that I use to watch. My favorite one was bounce. Some of our cable companies dont even get those free tv stations. But hey, as long as we can at least watch the news to see what's going on in our neck of the woods. :peace:

I don't have access to cable and have to use satellite.
-
Although I have a small digital tv, (free is still best) that I purchased on sale from CVS, and which I use to watch as I walk to the local paper store. Verizon FIOS is our local provider. So much is free online, I watch Hulu free, have seen all the episodes of Monk I never got to watch.

comcast
-
I have xfinity from comcast their ondemand is wonderful you can watch shows from the begining like Lost,Army Wives,Damages,Monk,CSI,a bunch more.some shows i'm watching i've never seen before you can also see current shows from all the channels like abc, nbc, showtime, hbo.it is pretty cool but kinda expensive.
-
not Time Warner!!!
-
I don't have access to Cable, so we have satellite. I'm glad we have DirecTV instead of Dish Network, though. Dish Network keeps losing access to various channels and it was very annoying to not have all of the basic channels.
-
IMHO Time warner has the best SERVICE but NOT the best prices or CUSTOMER service they are buttholes!!
-
I have Charter. their customer service is 2nd to none. I not only have TV service from them, but also have broadband internet and have the home phone service. my bill is rather high, but I want the best service money can buy for my family. I love my family and they love me. so nothing is too good for my family

No cable - the cheapest company of them all! We have the HD rabbit ears, so still get to watch all the good shows on Fox, NBC, ABC, etc. We also watch a lot of shows online. Netflix and Amazon Prime memberships can make a lot of cable shows available to you.

Comcast Xfinity is the best provider
-
I don't have cable right now. When I get a chance to see cable, I tend to flip past a lot of the channels till I find something to watch. There's only a few channels worth having, but basic tv's good for me now! :)
-
i dont know which is the best i have directv but i feel they all overcharge you and wont allow you to bundle for savings
-
We have Mediacom Plus service. It is a bit pricey, but we like having all the extra channels to choose from.
-
Our cable is through a local company. Lower prices than some of the national companies.
-
I have DirecTV and I think I pay too much for what i get. I think I had better channels when I had Dish.
-
I have had comcast for years. I am not happy with them all of the time but for the most part they are fine.
-
I don't have cable, but I'm considering Direct tv
-
I don't use cable. I use one of the Satellite companies, which I am finding is not that much better.
-
Right now, we have Fiber Optic cable, internet and phone bundled and it is not good. I messed up though and signed a year contract and as soon as Feb hits I will be shopping around. My internet goes down a lot and the cable freezes up and when I live on sites like FC and others, my net goes down, I am not making money. I don't know, Time Warner is not in our area, but from what I am hearing they soon will be. I would like to know, though, why you are advising against that company as an option. I am in an apartment complex that does not allow dish installations.
-
EVerytime we call the cable company we get quoted different prices, by one person or another, it made us so angry we went to get our internet completely somewhere else, they quoted us the same 19,95 then we went to have it turned on and tried to tell us 39.95 and they had nothing cheaper, but then a day later an advertisement for 29.95, well they lost our business since now we signed a contract somewhere else.
-
I'm not sure who is best but the most recent tv I had was serviced through Comcast. They don't make you sign a contract and that is right up my ally. We currently have Blockbuster through the mail. It's ok but getting the DVD's out one at a time is a little time consuming for the cost when you're depending on snail mail. However I think my favorite service is our local library. They are a part of the prarie cat system so if they don't have it they put a request in among 30+ other libraries and within 2 - 3 weeks we get however many dvd's we want and can borrow for up to 2 weeks. FREE!
-
I hate cable companies...they are not loyal to the consumer...if you can give a rate to get new customers, you can offer this rate to those that have been with you for years.
-
i use timewarner cable. its a little on the expensive side, but i love it anyway...have the cable, internet and telephone all bundled into one, so i only have to deal with one bill instead of three!
-
We have comcast Xfinity. I don't know if it is the best as it is the only choice we have. We have the internet, phone and TV bundle.
TV and internet have been OK but the we are allways having problems with the voicemail. It doesn't bother me as I can pull up messages
online or on my cell phone. However, it drives my husband crazy.
-
Why bother with cable if you live in a metropolitan area and digital TV is free? I get 25 channels free of charge and see no need for more. I could understand those in a rural area needing something they might have to buy, but it just doesn't seem important in the larger cities.
-
I have internet and TV with Time Warner cable. It's the only one I've ever had and I'm not crazy about it. They keep raising the price as the quality of the TV reception gets worse. The sound stops and starts. They fixed the picture so it's better but the sound problem is quite distracting.
-
Definitely not Comcast.
-
I don't have cable. We cut our cable to save some extra money. Only watch stuff through Netflix on tv via Wii and dvds that we buy.
-
where im at we are stuck with comcast so never tryed any other
