I have seen some advertising recently about a green coffee bean diet pill that is supposedly endorsed by Dr. Oz. I do not watch Dr. Oz, so I have not actually seen him endorse the product. Has anyone here tried it and with what results?

Haven't tried it but it sounds interesting. It's so dangerous trying diet pills though.

Ehhhhh... Dr. Oz endorses almost every major supplement on the market right now, a lot of which aren't actually good for extended usage and there are often certain side effects for people with various medical conditions. Definitely don't take his word as dieting law!
I would say ask your doctor before taking anything. Living healthy is the first step but if that alone isn't working, your doctor should be able to recommend proper supplements based on your health history!

NEW YORK (AP) — Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Mehmet Oz are suing more than 50 businesses, saying they had used their names and images to sell beauty products and dietary supplements without permission.

The real Dr Oz does NOT endorse any diet pills or supplements. He has talked about a green coffee supplement, but it wasn't a "diet" pill. There was a bogus Dr Oz website hawking all kinds of pills and such, but I knew it wasn't real because he makes it clear, on his show, that he does NOT endorse any products. What he does do is to introduce us to a wide variety of solutions for our health concerns so we can have informed conversations with our own physicians and find what works for us.

I did not use this product long enough to see any results. I know now it will take time for this to work for me, I will try it again

I wouldn't suggest taking any type of diet "supplement". Have you actually read the side effects of them and notice that these companies end of getting sued years later? I would take that as a sign you don't need to take any
You can actually lose weight by eating in moderation and exercise. Crazy concept but it actually works. I've been losing weight steadily since March by tracking what I eat and and exercising. I still have soda, cookies, cake, ice cream and a whole assortment of other junk on a pretty regular basis and the only supplement I take is a multivitamin

I actually bought a jar of those green coffee beans and tried it for a few days. But you have to drink a full glass of water everytime you take them and I'm not that fond of water... lol It might work, but just not for me, my bladder can't handle that much water all the time. lol

Your body will get used to the water. I drink a 20 oz bottle of water per meal plus one per workout and generally sipping another one throughout the day

I havn't heard anything about this and I don't watch Dr. Oz but if its a pill and you take it I am not sure any of it is good for you. It might work but when you stop taking that stuff usually the weight comes back and some.

:icon_rr: i also saw something about green coffee.. not sure if it works..but with everything plenty of water.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I have decided not to buy any for the time being.

I don't watch Dr Oz either but I do love coffee, if this actually works and doesn't taste bad I might give it a try. I would like to loose about 40 pounds. So if anyone has tried this let us know because I am really curious about the product.
