Great question.  I have been trying to watch what I eat on days I don't have time to squeeze in exercise.  It's amazing how many calories are in things you don't really think about.  I have invested in a lot of the 100 calorie packs because I'm a bit of a snacker.

I don't usually count the calories, I just limit my eating plan to "clean" foods only.  (All natural, unprocessed, organic, and zero sugar).

What's a calorie?  I don't care about no stinking calories.  I'm naturally thin so I eat what I want, when I want and how much I want.

I don't count calories either but since I quit smoking, maybe I should  ;D  I guess when I can't zip  my jeans I will.  I try to exercise the extra pounds away as much as I can at my age  :)

I don't count calories. I usually always have a fruit smoothie (banana, blueberries and a plum) for breakfeast along with a small bowl of wheaties cereal. At lunch I have a vegetable smoothie (spinach, lettuce and carrots) with a small turkey burger. I always drink water with every meal. My dinners are always random, but usually I'll have some type of chicken, a vegetable and a starch. For some reason after dinner I have a huge sweet tooth and I end up eating some type of chocolate.

I walk a lot because I don't have a car lol and I also do some yoga and dance/aerobatics exercising. Sometimes I left weights. This helps me maintain my weight.

That's the best way to do it! your body can handle all the calories you take in if you don't overload it with junk it can't use.

I try to keep my menu in balance, No overeating, and No starving!  I think this country has an obsession with dieting and over eating and so many extremes - Sometimes it can be very exhausting just to listen to all the free advice you get from the latest new study or important reports announced in the media... :)

I'm a 'see-food' diet.  I pretty much eat whatever I want and dont count calories.  Of course, gotta exercise too. So far, about 3 -4 times a week.

I eat pretty much whatever I lay my eyes on... as far as calories, it's usually a matter of "a lot" or "too much".... as a matter of fact, looking at my stomach, I'd say it's almost always "too much"!
