It depends on what the issue is. My first inclination is to say to go to CrowdFlower, because FC isn't in control of any of the tasks or their content.
If it's an issue where you're getting something like: "Some of your answers weren't as expected. You said that a cat is an animal but the correct answer is a cat is furniture" or one of their other glaring quality control errors, use the form where you're given the option of choosing either "That's OK" or 'This answer is incorrect or unfair". As long as what you write to them is coherent, they do pay attention when people submit that.
If it's something else, then you can use their GetSatisfaction link that is in the upper frame of their tasks to here: https://getsatisfaction.com/crowdflower They've been doing a good job there answering people. It's not immediate, but you will get an answer.
Hope this helps!

I recently had a technical issue with a crowdflower task. I wasn't sure if it was something I was personally doing or there was a glitch. I sent a support ticket and FC replied that they were glad to know of the technical glitch and were looking into it. A few days later, I am no longer having the problem with one of the crowdflower tasks that was happening previously, so sending a support ticket was the right thing and I was glad to see FC was able to get it resolved.

Thanks mawhite63, and bessie1111 for your helpful answers.
The problem I had was the "some of your answers weren't as expected" and I tried using the "This answer is incorrect or unfair" option to try to remedy the problem but it would not allow me to submit it for some reason.
I ended up signing up so I could submit a support ticket only to find that it seems more like a community support rather than from CrowdFlower.
I am waiting to see if I will hear anything from them. :confused1:

It will take a while, last I heard they only had three or four employees answering and there are (as you saw) tons of complaints. I've opened two tickets with them in the past, one a suggestion ticket and the other an accuracy issue. Both times I got a response in just a little over a week.

FusionCash opened my support ticket with in 48 hours. It was a very quick response and the task was working probably another 48 hours later.

Yeah, FC support answers much quicker than CrowdFlower, that's true!

Crowdflower runs the Daily Tasks. You can find them by clicking on the Daily Tasks block on the offers page.

I'm assuming by this post you do tasks regularly and without the problems how long does it usually take you to complete just one task? It's hard for me to feel as though they are worth it to put the time in for the small amount of cents they give. I have only been able to get credit for flagging the images they give you tasks because the other ones it seems no matter what I do, the length of time it takes me and then to not know whether I'll get credited or not is the bummer. So the question really is, now that they are giving you problems are they really worth it?

The Crowdflower forum is right here also. https://getsatisfaction.com/crowdflower/login You will see that a lot of people may have your same questions. Most of the questions I have looked up have been answered by the admin at crowdflower.
