Recipe for Taco Crunch Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion; chopped
1/2 green pepper; chopped
8 oz frozen sweet corn
1 Tbs. taco seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
8 oz salsa
Crunched tortilla chips - approx 3 c.
cheddar cheese - 8 oz shredded

Directions
Brown hamburger, onion together.
Add green pepper after hamburger is browned and cook for a short time. Add corn, taco seasoning,
water and salsa. Mix all
together. Spread half of the casserole dish (9x13"). Top with crunched of chips and shredded cheese. Spread remaining meat mix on top - then add cheese and then chips. Bake until hot - approx 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve immediately.

this recipe sounds good.  i think i will try it tomorrow thanks for posting it,

Wow this sounds like a great quick lunch, we love taco made any way.

 ;D Oh my goodness - that recipe sounds wonderful.  I can't wait to try it - love spanish/mexican food and this sounds like a really easy quick recipe that would be great for during the week or a busy weekend.  Thanks for sharing !
