So my youngest has decided to get help for her pill addiction however they want to treat her with another pill, how is this really going to help?
-
They will get her off slowly, instead of going cold turkey she will have the drugs to help her get over the addition. The drugs to help her got off, are usually less potent and you can wean off of them slowly and (usually) easily. This is so that you and your body don't have to go through the horror of withdrawal symptoms. Congratulations to her for getting off the pills.

i wish her the best of luck. It might be a good way for her to learn that pills can be a good thing IF the directions are followed.

Always ask questions and check with th doctors for any kind of medication or treatments that they give her. This way you can stay informed. Good luck to your daughter, you and your family!
