Title: Equifax Personal Solutions/Complete Offer
Post by: SnuggleBear4153 on October 19, 2012, 06:53:22 pm
I completed this offer today. Didn't get the credit from FC. So I opened a support ticket. I was informed that since they, FC didn't get paid, I don't get paid. This is exactly what I received from FC:

We sympathize with your frustration in failing to be credited -- we do not get paid unless you do! Know that FusionCash uses every industry-standard technique for tracking offer completions - and that they occasionally fail due to reasons outside of our control.

We rely on industry-standard tracking technology and occasionally (<1%) it can fail. A more likely explanation for your lack of credit is that the advertiser or survey provider deemed your activity to be fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unfit for payment. If you weren't credited, then we did not get paid. Per the Terms of Service, we are not able to pay for offer completions which fail to track since we are not compensated for them.

I think this is BS! I have proof that I completed this offer. Not my fault if a company is dishonest with FC and doesn't report an offer fulfillment by a FC user.
So anyone else out there, beware of this offer. It should be removed. This was $6.00 I was supposed to get for completing the offer. I am NOT happy what so ever!
And before anyone decides to chime in about my cookies, cache, blah, blah, blah, my computer is in tip top running condition. FC isn't the only Paid To site I do. And this is a FIRST for me as far as not being credited for an offer!

And apparently I wasn't being fraudulent or dishonest as I had to answer security questions to verify MY identity. And I had not fulfilled this offer on another site either. This was the first time I had ever completed this offer with this company!

Did you contact the company? It is true....Fusion Cash cannot give you money they don't have. If they did not get it from the company, it's the company's fault, not Fusion Cash. I would contact equifax and see why you were not credited. They will probably try to give you the run around, but someone has to know about the offer and the contract with Fusion Cash. You have proof through Fusion Cash that you clicked on the ad and evidence that you signed up on the same date. You just have to find the right person to talk to at equifax.
