First you have to ask yourself if it was ever really lost or did it get stolen?? I don't know. Not enough information for me to help you much. If you never got a Fusion Cash check, you might have a possibility of them sending you another one, but that would be really hard to prove that you actually lost the check. It there is a record of a check being sent to your address and the check is not returned to the sender, I wouldn't count on ever getting that check. If I can avoid having checks sent through the mail, I do. I just don't trust the world today and many of the people in it. :angry7:

You have to open a support ticket and let administrator know that your check was lost and stolen. The administrator will then tell you what steps he has to take to replace the check. It is probably going to take a while but I believe that it can be done.

It sucks to hear you lost your check. That's why I stick to Paypal, I never have to worry about losing anything like that.
I'm sure if you open a support ticket FC might be able to help you.

I'm not sure, since I chose direct deposit for my cash back.

I remember this happening to someone before. You have to submit a support ticket and let them know what is going on. Then, Fusion Cash will wait......I don't know how many days, but probably until the check is expired......and then they deposit the money back into your account.

yep, happened to me in april. I posted a support ticket. Do that and verify address. Fc would take it from there.

As long as it hasn't been cashed, you have the option of waiting 6 months for it to be stale dated and then get a new check (or PayPal or Direct Deposit). The other way is to have the stop payment fee deducted and get a reissued payment much sooner. In any case, for account and payment related inquiries like this, a support ticket is the best best - we can't reissue a payment based on a forum post.

First off, I'm sorry you lost your check. If you are certain you did lose your check, i would recommend that you ask an administrator, tell them what happened, and they should be able to help you with you issue. Best of luck to you.

Thanks all for the advice. Opened a ticket and was informed, like someone said above, that I have 2 options ..... pay cancel fee for immediate replacement or wait 6 months until check expires to get replacement. I figure I'll just wait the additional 3 months since my check is already 3 months old :thumbsup:

Wow, that's unfortunate. At least you're going to get a replacement, but I don't think you should have allowed 3 months to pass with it just sitting there.

i never lost a fusion cash check and hope i never do. good louck in finding it

I havent had any problems with direct deposit or paypal. Check with your bank they could have put it in someoneelses account. I had deposited a check right to my bank via teller. My check went into someone elses account. Luckily I paid attention before I spent anything from cehcking account.

I would contact one of the admin's asap, they should be able to check to see if it has been cashed, if it has, you are probably SoL...I would suggest getting a Paypal account or setting up direct deposit so you can ensure you dont loose any other checks in the future

You need to let FC know right away. They will probably wait a few days to see if it was cashed and if not, they should issue another check. As said above, Paypal is the safest way to receive money. :heart:
