Anyone heard of/familiar with it?

Not heard of the water, but I learned alot from a book called Alkalize Or Die - I learned a lot of basics about our bodies and the ph balance and cancer cannot grow in an alkaline body etc. But it is easier to be acidic because of our diets, environmental issues and stress. And yes your body could be too alkaline which could also kill you. But in this world you would have to be sooo strict and unlikely for the average person. PH balance is a big deal. When we drink a soda our bodies survive the experience by borrowing what it needs from our bones to balance us. Of course, just like a money savings account, there is the day that you are overdrawn if you only make withdrawals and more of them than you should. Many basics I have heard my whole life make since when you go back to the principals in this book. Boring but informative. I had to read in pieces and parts and would like to pick it up and reread it.
