Today is the day of determining the future for America and a lot of other people. Just wondering if you voted in America did you vote early or waiting to go stand in line today? I voted last week. :peace:

I'm lucky! I live in a rural area and have never had to wait more than 20 mins to vote.! I went today around 2:30p and only waited about 10 mins to vote. Our town only has about 23k people and we have 3 polling places in town, so it never really gets crowded.

Yes, I voted today. You could tell this was a very important election. I saw so many people on crutches, in wheelchairs, carrying tiny babies in carriers, all waiting to cast their vote, plus it was raining. Very inspirational. I went during the slow part of the day, between 9-11 a.m., but I still had to wait in line for an hour.

I voted this afternoon. It was not crowded at all. I walked in and waited maybe 5 minutes.

We voted early, now we are biting our nails and just waiting like everyone else.

I mailed in my ballot a few days ago. It was so much better than waiting in line to vote. The race is so close.

In Missouri, Democrat Claire McCaskill won a second term in her Senate seat over Republican challenger, congressman Todd Akin. The GOP candidate's remarks on abortion made news this year and appalled many Americans both inside and outside the state. Akin had to give up his House seat to run, so he won't be returning to Washington.

Yes my first time voting ever!!! :) :)

In Wisconsin Democrat Tammy Baldwin won the Senate seat vacated by Senator Herb Kohl over Republican challenger, Tommy Thompson. She will be the first female senator to represent Wisconsin and the first openly gay female to ever serve in the U.S. Senate. :)

I voted in the election. I was surprised how many of my friends decided to vote early this time. That's new.
-
Yes I voted ... the lines were not too bad when I went. It is my civic duty.

I voted yesterday. I had no wait at all, was in and out in 15 minutes. I can't understand why so many people had to wait in line so long to vote.
