I am hoping to get through Thanksgiving with no snow! That is when I plan on parking my Mustang for the winter but if they have to start salting before that, then I will be putting it away then. I'm crossing my fingers that it holds off another 2 weeks!

 8) I live in Florida so its not really likely I'll be seeing any snow today although my mom tells me that way back before I was born (by years) there was actually snow flurries in Daytona Beach, FL - it ticks her off lol when people don't believe it.

We never see any snow here in Georgia. 11 inches sounds like fun. Make some snow Angels, and take some pictures.

No snow yet so glad but I do know it's coming. I live in Michigan so there is no escaping it. I am surprised though being in the second week of November and not even a sign of a flurry. Keeping my fingers crossed stay away snow is too much of a hassle. so sad though I use to love and look forward to it as a kid.

Tell your mother that I remember.   In 1978 we had flurries in Tampa, and in 1990 we had enough snow in Jacksonville that they closed off the state line and all of the roads because they had no idea how to clear the roads.  (people were pulling their kids on knee boards behind their trucks).  I still have pictures, but no one believes me either.

We had a dusting last week here in PA but unfortunately some of the Jersey shore which is still reeling from
the effects of Hurricane Sandy got up to 6 inches.

We returned home to Minnesota after a week in Virginia.

We left 72 degrees to return to 22 degrees and a light snowfall....not enough to make it to the ground.

i would love to see a good snow. I know it can be cold and awful in some areas, but we hardly have any where i live. And there has been a few bad ones, but the air gets so clean and makes my breathing so good. So far all we have had is some cold wind with a lot of dust. It has been so dry here for several years.  Everyone could use all the moisture here.

I like the snow ever since I was a child. I love to see a good snow also. Just don't want to see any major disaster or any getting hurt by it.

Actually there is area's here in GA that do get snow. We just don't get it very often. Here in the Atlanta area we seem to get it more often then my best friend down in Vidilla. Even my parents in Augusta get it some time. In fact my girls went home a couple years ago during a long weekend in February and got snowed in because my parents couldn't get them back here to us. I will say one thing, when it does snow here it cripples everyone even if it is only a couple inches because people just don't know how to drive in it, nor do we have snow tires. But it sure is pretty when we get it.

I got some snow last week. My kids enjoyed it soooo much, the only think is that it was  more wet snow. However this means that i think the winter is shaping up to be a bad one...

We never see snow here, the coldest we get in the winter is about 40F and the hottest in summer 85F so the weather is pretty good; however, whenever I want to go to the snow, I can drive 45 mins up north and get to where the snow is :D

Last Wed, it snow all day in south jersey but we just got a coating. My husband works in Trenton and he said they got @ 4 inches.

I have to admit that I am a kid at heart and I love a snow storm. A few years ago we had a couple of snow storms that left us with 2ft of snow. That was a little much even for me!
