What is the sign that the survey is done and will be credited?
In these few days, i have done some daily survey, until it done, and i get the window with the words:
"Thank you for completing our survey...."
"Your answer have been successfully submitted. Your opinion go along way...."
"You have successfully completed this survey....
Are these not sign that the survey is not credited? because then i never been credited :dontknow:
I felt have no problem with the survey, it went smooth and normal.
But i notice the only word as a sign that i will get credit is: "congratulation!"
Any body has same experience?

You need to leave that window open until you get credited. If you close out of it immediately, your results may not register and would cause you not to get credited. When I started leaving that window open, I never had problems with surveys not crediting again.

I've never had this problem, but it usually takes 5-10 minutes for me to receive the credit and the confirmation email.

ooo.. i try again this morning, i leave it open. even then i went to store for 2 hours, and i dont get the credit :dontknow:

I noticed that leaving the page open until credited work for FC survey and FC daily survey.
But my problem is on other daily surveys: Samplicious Daily Survey, SSI Daily Survey, and MyToughtCounts (this one cost 1$ ... hiks...)
They say thank you, my answer go thru, but not credited :crybaby2:

i too have been having problems not being credited for surveys that say congratulations i have finished the survey. i leave the window open for hours and i still never get the money.....so far about 1 dollar worth of surveys today didnt credit. i only get the daily click and email and the videos for a penny but other than that i really am not having any luck at all. i have never had problems like this before so im kind of confused if anyone can please help me i would really appreciate it. maybe there is a glitch with the system or particular surveys???? last week i got 7 dollars in 1 hour on here and now this ......very unlike fc to not credit someone or for problems like this to occur so im just going to keep at it and see what happens.

Hmm....why don't you try a different browser and see if you have any better luck. Also clear out your cookies. I use Firefox and I don't have a problem getting credited. They usually credit in less than 5 minutes.

Hmm....why don't you try a different browser and see if you have any better luck. Also clear out your cookies. I use Firefox and I don't have a problem getting credited. They usually credit in less than 5 minutes.

solved, i use another browser than i usually use.
the funny thing is i just sent support ticket, then i got credit from SSI daily ;D
