Title: problems with free pharmacy card offer

No big deal I guess, but it doesn't let you fill in your city and state. In firefox those boxes are grayed out and you can't click on it in IE. It doesn't let you submit the offer, it will ask for your city and state but not allow you to give it to them.

For that offer, it should auto-fill those in when you enter your zip code - if I remember correctly.

I did the free pharmacy offer and was never credited-2x.
