What's going on with me yesterday I thought I had lost some weight but today I think I gained it all back again really? I tried on a pair of jeans to run out to the store and couldn't fit them I needed to pull on a pair of sweats because the jeans refused to go above my thighs I had been taking everything to lose this weight I refuse to buy myself new clothes because I like the stuff I already have and most things still have their tags from last summer I mean really. I green tea pills to green tea water to to not eat before or after certain times to walking more to drinking vinegar to eating just oatmeal you name it I might have done it yet I just can't shake this monkey fat do anyone know of something I can do..PLEASE I have an ok upper body but my bottom is wide and attracts unwanted attention I try to hide it but nothing fits any more I just want to lose weight that should do it..and suggestions I would like something that works and maybe all natual I don't care if its an old folks remedy thanks in advance.
