Title: have you ever worked at a job that always cracked a whip?

Have you worked at a company ran by a bunch of strict whip cracking bosses or supervisors. Where they don't say goodmorning or even hello to you? And as soon as there is a small mistake made they embarass people claiming they are setting examples...I wish those people didn't forget what it is to struggle for a postion that pays just one dollar more then minimum wage to feed a family that depends on those earnings. Its a sad case to work for people like that then have troubles at home that seem overwhelming like a recent break up or over due rent  a crying baby or whatever...I want to comend those who strive to be better persons at work minus power of the paycheck.

People who endure this environment deserve everything. They're working their butts off to barely scrape by because big business only wants to pay what is required by law, plus a little extra to make it seem like they're generous. These people are the ones who should be getting the extra government money that they need, not the people who don't want to work. At least these people are trying.
