I was writing a post and the top of my screen had a red letter message that someone had replied to a post and I might want to reply to it. How should I respond to that? Do I click on the red letter message? Is this usual for FC? I searched fothrough my posts, but did not know how to find today's date. Any ideas?

This is new to me. Not seen that before. Perhaps other FC members can provide some insight.

It just means someone replied while you were replying you can read that post before actually posting yours or just go ahead and post yours

Well thats interesting. It happened to me once before and I didn't know what it was for either. Thanks for the info.

It's just a warning that there has been something new added to the topic. If you're typing the answer to someone's question but someone else replies with the same or very similar answer you may not want to post yours. It also works if you're one of the debating topics and it shows if someone has brought up a new point while you were typing that you may want to add on to

I've seen that when I've tried to post before. Depending on what the topic is, I'll usually just go ahead with my post and hit the reply button.

I have seen that as well and just continued to post my reply ... it just means that someone else is also replying at the same time ... no worries
