Ok I haven`t asked for advice in a while just been diagnosed with tendonitus in my hands and knuckles ,the last two days have been hard cant hardly hold a cup i have tried aspercream,predizone tylenol arthritus warm orthepedic hand pads none seem to work anyone have any advice?Or Suggestions Dont want to go back to dr the meds they always give me make me sick
