My internet sucks. :BangHead: I had qualified for and was halfway through the Communication Survey and my internet locked up and closed my windows. Now when I access the link it says I've taken the survey even though I didn't finish. Is there any way to get this reversed? :crybaby2:

unfortunatly no....u only get one shot at doing a survey.....it happens from time to time....try not to get frustrated.....try doing some daily task!

Yeah that answer was spot on. It is frustrating and has happened to me a couple of times but I just take it with a grain of salt and move on. Too bad but we just have to take it and move on pending when a solution would be found

Yup just move on. Might try different browsers. I got away from Internet Explorer and my connection is much better.

My internet has done that before. It really sucks. Unfortunately you can't take a survey more than once. :(

What a bummer. I'm really having trouble with surveys this month. I think I've only qualified for two. I can usually do one a day! Oh well. Guess I'll take ripagert's advice and do some daily tasks lol. :)

Correct...
Keep trying, dont give up. I now found a pleasure by doing survey ;D

That's really unfun. I hope the best for you because you deserve that credit.

Sorry that happened, but that happens to all of us at one time or another Don't give up and keep trying, it's a good feeling when you do one and get approved!!

I think all of us have had similar experiences. Sometimes my system locks up during the videos as well. I have heard that clearing cache and cookies can often help with these but then that messes up other parts of my system which for me does not make it worth it for me. I have also seen where some people have better success on different activities by using different browsers, switching from IE to Firefox or Safari but that takes a little effort also I don't like to jump around like that either. I guess for my being stubborn, I get what I deserve and that is fine with me. I keep plugging away on the smaller tasks that do work for me with a lot less frustration and for me it works. Others are seeking to maximize their earnings which is admirable and I would always wish everyone the best and greatest success in all that they do here.
