Title: Cooking is Anybody cooking For New Year's Day?

Well, I'm Making a Shrimp dish to take to My Family On New Year's Day. I' have the Shrimp dish in the oven
Now while I'm on the Computer.   :wave: :wave: :wave:

Cooking collard greens, smorthered baked chicken wings and macaroni and cheese. Promised to be an awesome meal  ;D

I'm from PA and our tradition is ALWAYS on New Year's Day pork roast and sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes.  :thumbsup:

Last night we had smoked turkey, steamed buttered cabbage and blackeyed peas with bacon.  Am sure we will be having the leftovers today.

We usually have black eyed peas, collard greens and some type of meat usually chicken but we just had left overs last night. Nothing special.
