I had earned more than $1 after cashing out, and today when I signed on I had $.01. >? Are they taking our balance for the new year? If I hadn't have cashed out would they have taken all of it? Whats going on? I have had so many problems with their system not going right I'm considering just stopping.

What does it say next to the items on your account page under status? Perhaps, you cashed out after you earned the additional dollar. They may say pending cashout so it would be included. If not, did you see the items in your account balance previously? It may just be a survey that didn't credit.

Well, that sucks. check everything reall good to make sure your first cahout was before that dollar. also maybe you didnt get credit for a survey or something.Don't give up just yet.

My balance didn't change over the last couple of days except for the daily items that I do -- so, no, they are not taking our balance for the new year.
Odds are, one or more of the offers you did since you cashed out was reversed. Just look at the entries on your account page and check the status of all items since you cashed out.
