Its cold today, I don`t like to get out of the house.

I don't like having to warm up the car before we go out....but, I'm thankful for the warm house I have to live in!!!

It's cold in PA, and they are calling for snow Friday. COME ON SUMMER!!!

I learned to appreciate living in Mississippi. I lived in Chicago for 28 years and dress like an Eskimo at times. The weather has been decent here. My husband saw that the temperature was 24 degrees and said it was cold. I told him that if that is cold, I would like to see what he would say if it was 24 below zero. Now that is cold!

Here in Texas weather is always changing sometimes it can be really cold and sometimes there's a day that hot in the winter time.

i love that there are different seasons though, unlike in some states :)
i hate having to find warm outfits for freezing degrees though

24 below zero? that is so cold,.... I can`t handle that. I live in Kansas now, I think it is very cold already here. I was grow up in the Philippines though. Although I`ve been here for 6yrs now but I`m still not use to this weather here.

I love snow, it is so beautiful when everywhere outside is white, it is so peaceful at night.

We are expecting snow in KY. They have already called school off and in the morning I have to try and get to the store before it starts!

I used to live in MN and it would get to around 40 below in the winters! I live in TN now and we're supposed to get a terrible ice storm tomorrow. School's are cancelled and half the towns going to shut down... I really wish spring would hurry up and get here!

Its 9 degrees here in NY. BRR We don't have to much more of winter left. Hopefully an early spring. Easter is in March this year the last day. March 31. :bunny:

Yes, it's too cold over here, I've been waking up to 11 degrees. I'll be glad for the up coming Wednesday when they said it will be 52 degrees.

It is frigid here! The north wind whips through you and chills you to the bone! Can't wait until summer!

We're having a warm spell in New Mexico. We had 60 for the second day in a row. It was nice to let some fresh air in, let the kitties watch the world from the open back door and finally get around to a couple outdoor chores. :)

I grew up where there were 4 seasons. I liked the spring, summer and fall. I hated the winter. Besides, the snow is beautiful after it has fallen. Then within a day or two it turns to brown. Plus it is not pleasant driving in it. I now prefer the warm weather, living here in Southern California. The winter was fun when I was young and playing in the snow. Afterwards, it becomes more of a hassle and unpleasant.

We will get some snow today. I do like the snow. I work part time job and every week I am going outside when it is raining and snowing. Why?

I love winter weather, now, 79f here. I grew up with 4 seasons also. The fall was the shortest but the nicest. Winter was the longest about half of the year.

I agree that it is cold and winter is not my favorite, I am so ready for spring; it is snowing right now where I am at.

Solid sheet of ice in western NC today, mid 20's. Hate ice as both husband and children have jobs that require them to be driving a lot. Supposed to be in 50s by Monday though if we can just make it through today and tonight.

I grew up where there 2 seasons Sunny and Rainy but I thought before snow is really pretty I always dream that I can lay on and touch it but when I did I change my mind especially its much and turn into ice oh I never like it at all.

Here in Canada we've had temps in the minus 30's(celius) for weeks now. With the wind chill, its in the minus 40's(celius)
Lived here on the farm my whole life, you just learn to grin and bear it. We've had a huge amount of snow, more than knee high already and winter is no where near over. But I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. :wave:

I am originally from Rhode Island, so I know what cold weather is. I've lived in Florida for 25 years, and could never live in the cold again. However, I do miss making snow angels and walking at night in the peacefulness of a light falling snow.

It can get pretty chilly here at times. At this time of year, it's in the 40's or 50's at night. The lowest is usually in the 30's in February. We have deep freezes at night that can ruin the orange and strawberry crops. When I first moved down here, the pipes froze on Christmas day, and it was so cold they had a rolling blackout throughout the day. That was not easy for cooking a turkey. It did snow in 1977, just a few flurries. You are correct about the ocean views. There's nothing like hearing the waves on the shore at night, to fall asleep.

well where i live we are currently have a winter storm advisory due to freezing rain and sleet and tommrow is supposed to be 50 degrees hate this up and down crap

This year Texas weather is better than last year its cold but there are days that warm I like it .

Yes indeed! like today high 70 awesome..... January 70 high in Texas! But the problem is so dry haven't have rain for years. Last night we had chance of rain but didn't get any.

Wow, it is so nice today here in Topeka, our high is about 74. I just really worried about the coming summer though. Hope its not gonna be 100+ in the whole month.

We had an ice storm Friday, temps in low 20's. Today it is sunny and high 50's. Noticed the daffodils are out of the ground about 3 inches.

Hi, we got a little bit of snow this morning, just got back inside the house now after cleaning outside. I wish we will a bigger next time, my kid likes to play a snow ball fight.

:thumbsup: I took some time today to take pictures of the icicles forming off of the roof. They truly look more like spears, and I'm sure would do some major damage if the fall off.
Oh and the snow plow is really inconsiderate of those who need to try and get out of their driveways. Not that I have to worry about it. I don't drive, nor do I go out unless someone takes me.
Yes, I'm a home body. I could take the bus, but you know with all that snow out there? I would be afraid of falling. My eye sight is really bad. Well legally blind is more like it. So that is why I stay home. Besides all the working folk might actually like my website. I take what is suppose to be FREE for a test run. If it's not FREE? I'll tell you exactly how much you'll pay. See? I'm good for something. ???

Right now it's relatively warm (60s) and rainy, but we are supposed to have a 50 degree temperature drop in the next 24 hours. Tomorrow night's low is supposed to be nine degrees. I know that not that cold for winter,. but it's such a big change. My sinuses are going to go nutso!

I would love to go to Ghana, West Africa. I would come home in June, as it would be warm in the USA, as if I came home in March when it is hot in Africa, the sudden temperature
difference would make me ill.

I Love Philippines weather. The whole year its just about the same weather. We can always go to the ocean for swimming.

Our washer and dryer are over a small crawl space in our basement and every time it get this cold....(2 degrees right now), the cold water pipes freeze up!!! I HATE going into that dark, cold, cobwebby crawl space with the hair dryer!!! Oh, well....at least I have a washer and dryer.

Today has not been that bad. The last two days have been really cold and windy. I hate the wind more than I even hate snow/rain.

O... the weather just like rollercoaster, it was just like spring on september, then few days warm on december.
