Title: what kind of ANIMAL do you have

Post by: dauna on January 29, 2013, 06:30:01 pm: Three dogs here, all rescue dogs. Luke is a short-haired sandy colored hound of some sort. Amanda is a dark brown long-haired mix. Both are from the same litter; go figure. And then there is my mom's special lapdog Pepper, aka as Bratdog. He's a cutie and spoiled beyond rotten.

Post by: BK_Adores_Chase on January 30, 2013, 07:20:36 pm: I don't have any - although I really want a dog and always have, we are renting and pets aren't allowed - BUT even if they were I know I don't have time to love and care for a dog because my kids are still young, when they are older and don't need me as much THEN I'll get a doggy :)

Wow...I have three cats 2 are 13 and the other is 11...my 11yr. old is having alot of health issues :(I would love it if my cats could make it to 20...would you believe all 3 of them have hyperthyroidism...just curious has your cat had any health issues ??

Last summer, one of these dogs broke her pelvis and the vet said she would never be able to use one of her back legs again. But we proved him wrong. She now uses all 4 legs, and it's an amazing recovery. We also keep our daughter's miniature pincher when she is on the road with her band. We actually get "Cinnamon" more than my daughter has her because they are gone so much. But she's a pure joy. We've had many dogs through the years, but this is the smartest, sweetest one I've ever seen.
