You say people get payed on september 20, so if i cashed out on sept 10, will i recieve payment on the 20th?

Chanson09 is right. Cashouts payments are sent on or before the 20th of the next month; so, if you cash out any time during the month of August, you get your payment by September 20th. If you cash out any time in the month of September, you get your payment by October 20th.
