A CIVIL WARRANT  debt collector For Example a lawsuit a bill or a FED.

A civil warrant is basically used in a civil court and commonly used when filing small claims. A civil warrant , the warrant in debt, is used when seeking a money judgment. The civil warrant, a warrant in detinue, is used by the plaintiff to obtain possession of a specific personal property that is being withheld by the defendant.
