:sad1:I have beenup for two nights straight and I can not seem to go to sleep. Does anybody have any suggestions.

Drink hot milk before going to bed. Its effective to me.

insomnia runs thru my wifes family they all have it really bad my daughter is on a prescription but grandaughter is starting to get insomnia and the dr put her on that melintonin hopfully i spelled that right you can get it in the vitamins type section any way it helped her a lot then my son tried it and now he takes it he said it was fust like your brain just quit talking so he could sleep that probably sounded scarier but sometimes it is hard to describe things in writing anyways he likes it a lot
