I did one survey from univox community this morning, 100 pts = $1
Survey: Survey For Consumers - 100 Points - MC4303
Length: 10 minutes
Reward Points: 100 points
everything went well, the time I took the survey was about approximate time, it had the % of the survey progress of completion and I was in no rush, answer honestly, thought about the questions carefully before giving the answer. I reached 98% of the survey completion and I guessed it was my last question of the survey, then I was in shock, it said I did not qualify for the survey. Unbelievable, I'm sure they got what they want (my time and opinions), it is just one of the tactic they use, so they won't have to pay. What is your opinion about this? and what would you do afterward if this was your case?
1/ write a complain to their customer support?
2/ refuse to take any more survey from this company/site?
3/ doing nothing, assuming you are not the right targeted person the survey's been looking for as the survey said why you were not qualified?
I wrote a complain to their customer support, wait to see what they respond, btw.

Well if He was answering 'qualification questions' then it wasn't the actual survey In my opinion. I am not sure what I would do I think that sending an email would be a good place to start. Although it sounds like they are going to say that it wasn't the actual survey that you answered but 'qualification questions'. So I don't know how much good that would do. Good Luck!

i think most of us can tell the difference between survey questions and opinion questions vs. qualifiers for demographics. Although a lot of the surveys do not ask questions that are related to the title of the survey so it makes it difficult to know for sure. I just finished one exactly like this that was a FC survey which are generally better about letting you finish and fully crediting when you get that close to the end. It is frustrating but many people have submitted support tickets only to keep getting the same spin answer that it is beyond FC control and of course they do not get paid if we don't get paid. but based on the number of people that this happens to, FC is leaving a lot of money on the table for both us as members and themselves

I get the same set of questions (age, location, job, etc) at the beginning of each survey and again at the end of each survey...once I've answered questions about products and given my opinions on this or that for 15+ minutes. It's the usual process to get 'qualification questions' in the beginning and at the end. I think it's their way of knowing whether you were truthful in the beginning and if you weren't, they can easily tell because you gave a different age, income amount, etc towards the end of the survey. So yes, it is the actual survey even if you have to state your age, location, etc twice.
I see. So could it be that maybe the answer are different at the end of the survey then they were at the beginning? and that is what is causing the Disqualification?

I have never liked that. If you are on this site long enough you will experience that over and over again. It's a bummer! FC gives you one cent for each of these, though (better than nothing)

Well Yu should complain becuase all that work should be payed

It does happen and is frustrating.I do surveys on 4-5 sites and out of every 10 that i do which is actually alot 1-2 is no credit. If it happens in the middle and you're into it for 5minutes not to bad. but when you are almost done it does seem like they are taking advantage.

I answered the same at the beginning and the end of the survey. I answered all the questions of the so call "these questions for classification purposes only" at the end. The survey was about the personal care product and I remembered my last question was asked which body wash I currently use or would like to buy. I picked Gillete and the survey ended with disqualification. I guessed I did not pick the right product who sponsor for the survey or something.

I get them a lot. Maybe that is because I am 54 and as you get older, you become disqualified. I have signed up with a lot of sites, and the majority of them I am disqualified for. :'( :-[
