Title: Jerky

Has anyone ever made, or currently make, their own jerky? Do you do anything special to it, like add some sort of flavoring? I've wanted to make my own for a long time, but just don't have the things needed to do it.  :-

I have a couple of cousins that are kinda jerky,but I- Oh,I didn't know you were talking about food.Sorry. :-[
