I'm ready. I don't really to much. I'm not Irish so other than maybe wearing green and maybe dying something green for a meal I won't be doing much. We just became involved in a church the last couple of months so I plan on going to service Easter Sunday. Maybe I'll make a big dinner? Don't know yet. Sometimes I just wait and see what the weather is going to be like. If it's nice than we may play catch..who knows...to soon to make plans for me and my family.

I'm not Irish so I don't do anything for St Patrick's Day, but I will make a ham for Easter.

The only thing I like about holidays are the days off of work. I don't celebrate neither holidays they are normal days for me, but for those that do celebrate be safe and don't drink and drive. 8)

I love all of the Easter candy. St. Patrick's Day doesn't do much for me but I do hope to hear "Danny Boy."

Yea I agree - I am looking forward to the corned beef though and we have ham several times through out the year so the ham isn't a big deal for me but I try to stay off candy except for the big holidays so I am with you on the chocolate.

We do not really celebrate St. Patricks day only just wear something green. For Easter we have a Family good time and go to the park to hide eggs and celebrate and enjoy the events they have there and the carnival rides.

I lived in New Orleans for a while and St Patricks's Day was a big thing there. You could always catch your dinner from the parade! I had my corned beef yesterday and still have some for the big day. Easter is when family comes over to my house for the celebratory Ham and I do quiche in celebration of the EGG. I hope everyone can make it and no one is sick. I love decorating with the Easter basket and bunnies. But we do remember that the day is when Christ has risen and conquered death for all to be saved by grace!

St. Patrick's Day is not a holiday in our home. Easter is the most important holiday of the year for me due to what Jesus did for me on that Cross of Calvary!
-
For Saint Patrick's day I only really wear green and Easter I might have a nice meal with my family is about it. Neither holiday holds much importance to me otherwise.

They are both kind of low key, so we are alright! I want to do a Easter basket hunt with my 4 year old with photo clues of where to look next this year. I better get started on that!

Im not Irish but I love St Patricks day! I will probably go out to a community event we have here, its like a big party. Green beer :)
I will also make corned beef, i will see if i can talk one of my kids or my neice into eating it with me.
Easter is big here in my house too, although i will probably not cook much more than i do on a regular Sunday [we have big Sunday meals]
and baskets and candy for my children and some treats for my doggies. I love holidays and any excuse to celebrate with with family and friends.
I hope all of you have a wonderful time!

I was curious what you meant by two holidays two weeks apart. I was tickled. I needed a good laugh. ;D ;D
