Anyone have opinions of what he said on the Senate floor last week?

I did not get to hear or read all the details of what he said, but I caught enough sound bites and news stories to know that he seems to be in the minority of politicians that actually are trying to do something that is good for the American people and not just good for special interest groups or getting him elected....
