Has anyone tried this offer? I just noticed it in my list of free offers and was wondering if people had success with it crediting.

I have tried this offer in two different browsers and have not gotten credit for it. (That was 3 hours ago.) It says you just need to put in your email address and you'll get credited, but I wasn't getting credited instantly, so I went through the whole thing. It's one of those silver, gold, platinum offer things again. I haven't had luck with those kind of offers, so I'm not holding my breath that it will credit.

I think the person is saying they did their taxes already. :dontknow: Probably didn't read your post, just the title.

I did not see this offer but I've already filed our taxes. Wasn't it just a couple of years ago when we were offered $2 or $3 to file thru one of the well-known tax prep companies? Whenever it was I did it and got credit and was hoping we'd get that offer again this year but it never happened.

I don't have that offer, but I've already filed my taxes anyway.

I agree with Elisajoy. I also did this offer and it didn't credit. Went through the whole process as well as entered my email but no credit. Also did the new saveology offer and didn't get credit for that one. Would like to see if any other members got credited for either of these offers. It can be frustrating but I must say that FC's offers credit better than any other website I've done offers on which is what I love most about this site.

I agree, I did that offer too and I did not get credit. First, I tried using Internet Explorer and waited a few hours and never got credited. I then tried Mozilla Firefox and still no credit. ???

Be careful with that Saveology one, if you don't want to pay anything. I'm pretty sure your credit card will be charged after the 2 day trial was up.

I was weary so didn't put in a CC number. I never put in CC numbers for offers, especially if they're in the "free" offers section. It did ask for a CC number but I assumed I didn't need to put that in for credit. I guess that's why it didn't approve.

Yeah, in order to get the free trial you had to put in your cc number. I read the fine print on that one and your credit card would be charged after the two days. Wasn't worth the hassle for me.

I wonder why they put it in the "No CC required" tab.

Probably because it's free for two days and then they ding ya.
