Title: Its cookie time
Post by: keveland on March 13, 2013, 08:23:21 am: Everyone should know what time of year this is. Its girl scout cookie time. My daughter and I sold these when she was young and it was so funny to listen to people and hear about their favorite cookie. What is your favorite girl scout cookie?? :P

Melt bittersweet/semisweet chocolate with a bit of fat (oil or shortening)
Add ~1tsp of peppermint extract per 4oz of chocolate
Dip Ritz Crackers into chocolate and then let it harden in the fridge.

I had rather have homemade cookies :dontknow: a long, long very long time ago they had these coconut cream sandwich cookies (no one even remembers them but I do lol) and I loved those and if I had to pick one now it would be the mint chocolate ones.

We just bought three boxes two weeks ago and just that day they all gone. My girls really like them.
They were mint and one of my girl favor mint. :heart: :heart: :star:
