Carb counting , Just spread your carbs out through the day and you wont exceed your limits ..... yep limitations !

Do you think that breakfast is the most important meal for the day.

Yes I do , you should never skip meals nor wait till you hungry to eat it makes you over-eat .
Its mainly what you eat for breakfast if in a hurry and dont have time to fix breakfast ,try a breakfast drink (read the labels) watch the calories and sugar contents and a fruit
would definitely work that meal out.

If you are a bread or potato lover like me this is really a challange. The app I use really helps with this, it highlights the carbs and keeps track of them. This thread is so cool. Positive reinforcement is so helpful.
