Yes I do , you should never skip meals nor wait till you hungry to eat it makes you over-eat .
Its mainly what you eat for breakfast if in a hurry and dont have time to fix breakfast ,try a breakfast drink (read the labels) watch the calories and sugar contents and a fruit
would definitely work that meal out.
