Alcohol is somethings part of my meal time , a glass of wine or Moscato ....Ok I even enjoy a good Margarita . That just messed up my calories and blood sugar levels.

Important to remember: Allow yourself a few cheat items here and there otherwise you start to feel deprived and then the diet becomes more of a chore than a lifestyle change. I'm partial to pina coladas myself, defintely a calorie breaker, but hey everyone needs a treat now and then.
