Do NOT click the link and enter your information. This is a scammer simply trying to lure you to his site and have you supply your information so he can use your account to his discrection. Again, I repeat, DO NOT CLICK LINK OR ENTER ANY INFORMATION.
He will have access to your account, which may include PayPal information, bank account numbers, phone numbers, etc.
Look at the URL of the link after you click it.

it was changed so that no one else would click on it. it wasn't google.com that i clicked on.

It looked very legit. All he did was copy and paste the Source HTML code into his own website. The only reason I could tell it was fake was because I wasn't logged in anymore, so I checked the URL bar and then realized it was a phishing scam. I'm sure I saved a lot of people some trouble too.
