anyone know a good site to get some reasonable printer ink?
-
try ebay
-
No, I usually go the best buy to get it.
-
Walgreens can refill them usually one time. If they do not annoy.
-
How much success have people had with the refillable kind?
-
I've had Walgreens do refills on mine 3-4 times before they couldn't be refilled anymore (Dell 924 printer) and I've bought refilled printer cartridges before on-line and used those with no problems. Some people have told me that their printer in costs more than their printer did---I would def. check out the cost of printer ink before buying a new printer.

I tried that. I ended up having to get my money back because the color ink leaked from the cartridge and the black ink cartridge simply didn't work. I just buy them now online at Double Inks
-
we usually get ours at walmart. we have an online store on amazon so we go through ink fast.
-
anyone know a good site to get some reasonable printer ink?
Yes go to 123inkjets wrebsite for good prices on ink
-
I bought ink cartridges for my Canon printer from Simply Ink. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. I've had no problems with the color or the black cartridges.
-
No clue sorry. I really hate the new ink jet printers cause we constantly need ink while our laser jet has been running on the same thing of toner for probably a good 10-15 years now.
You may consider joining a site like MyPoints or Memolink that gives you money back for shopping through their links. I know I've seen things about buying ink on sites like OfficeMax and getting 4% cashback for it. Not great but if you couple that with a credit card that gives cashback as well, it makes that transaction not as bad as it would be.
-
Glad I saw your post I had been wondering about ink myself, read through the post and am going to look up these websites and see, hopefully I can find a cheaper place. Also, the guy at the store when I bought last time told me its cheaper to buy the regular pack then the pack that says 3 x longer, course when you do the math the 3x longer would be cheaper but he says overall it doesn't go 3x longer and ends up being more expensive.
-
no I haven't. you may want to look around town thou. we have a small business here that offers great prices on ink and even have coupons in the sunday paper
-
I usually shop through My Points, you can also check out the ink sellers right here on Fusion Cash,in the shopping section. 123inkjets is a good one, and I also like inkgrabber.com.
-
I had an Epson printer and I used PrintPal, they are quick and reasonable. It used to be that shipping was free if you ordered more than $39. I purchased a brother all in one and seem to only find their cartridges at office depot, since brother states that their warranty is void if I used generic or any other than Brother Cartridges.
-
Google printer ink. There are multiple companies, most of which offer discounts or promo codes. I have ordered from 123inkjets multiple times with no problem as well as a couple of other companies. Check the yield to make a more informed decision when comparing prices.

I get my ink from ebay and I get a great deal
-
mine is a hp c430 all in one tried a few internet sites they dont seem to last as long as in stores
-
I've had success refill my cartridges, but then again, I've been doing it for quite some time. There's a point where the original cartridge isn't cutting it after certain number of refills, then it's time to buy another original cartridge, after it's empty, continue refilling until it has served enough. I've not had too much success with cheap premade non-original non-oem cartridges, so-called "compatible". I rather buy the original expensive oem cartridge once, and refill it afterwards until is no longer usable, then I repeat the cycle. I usually buy refill kits on amazon, ebay, etc, after reading reviews and opinions.
-
I want to find out where too. Thank for your question and I hope that there will be good site for me to buy ink too.
-
I'm glad I read this. Whenever I buy ink at Wal-Mart, I think I should just buy a new printer for the same price. I have a lexmark all-in-one thing. I'm going to look around online next time.

This is the same one I used a couple of times. Also, Amazon has lots of very cheap sellers. I use off brands, though. They always work just as well. Just check for high ratings on the product, through amazon.
-
Thank you all for the ideas on this and for this conversation. It was helpful to get some new ideas.
-
I use to use Amazon's partners and get refurbished ink, but I haven't been there in awhile as I hardly ever use my printer anymore. Nowadays I might just go a place like Costco or elsewhere to refill the ink instead. This might not work on some printers, which require a little extra handling and are chipped.
-
My boss always buys it on Ebay.
-
I use 123 Inks or 4inkjets through Ebates so I can get cash back from my purchase. I have been able to use remanufactured cartridges with no problems.
-
I usually get mine from eBay but if I get in a pinch I get it from a CVS that is close by but is way too expensive.
-
From a few mishaps with buying cheap priced inks and things, I just buy the same brand my printer is.
-
Just find out your printer code and search around. Also look for coupon codes.
-
@heneleyll - Purchase a laserjet printer because even though it is expensive upfront....you save hundreds of dollars in the long run!!!!
anyone know a good site to get some reasonable printer ink?
-
i would suggest that you try either The Micro Center or Tiger Direct. They usually have good prices. Other places to try is Bj's or Costco.
-
will consider that printer ,mine makes awesome pictures but the ink goes very fast
-
I have used 123 inkjets in the past. Good quality and reasonable prices.
-
will check it out,thank you
-
simply ink
-
printer ink is expensive
-
maybe try amazon? they tend to have stuff cheaper than in the stores
-
If you know someone with empty ink cartridges, I would turn those in to staples. You can get about $20 in staples credit(which you can use tax free in the store) and then you usually get a discount on ink.
-
I buy ink from inkjets123 I believe.
-
I don't usually order online, but I did the last time, they were late and I ended up going to Walmart, but now I have enough ink for 6 months...

How much success have people had with the refillable kind?
I used to have hp officejet 4315 and the refurbished ink I got from cartridge world and ebay worked just fine for it. I never had any problems. Now I have a new Epson workforce 545 and the 127 color ink I got from ebay was terrible for it. The colors were bad, but the black worked just fine. The 126 version worked fine though. On the 127 that was bad I scanned the page that showed the bad print job and sent it to the seller. They refunded my money, which allowed me to buy the 126 cartridges. My Recommendation? Always test your cartridges even if they are OEM. Do a test print job to make sure they work properly. Once you are sure the do put a piece of tape over the ink hole so that it doesn't dry out. If the ink is defective try to get your money back. The efficacy of non oem ink depends on the type of ink and printer from what I can see. Cartridgeworld.com is good to find locations in your area. I was told they use special ink specifically for that particular cartridge, unlike other places that use any kind of ink. You can also find ink on amazon too. You can search for terms like epson workforce 545 ink (for example) or use the ink type (epson workforce 545 ink 127) and compare prices on amazon and ebay. That's what I do concerning the ink I purchase.
I hope this helps.

Just google it and tri the site that come up and buy the best resonable prize. Thats what I did. I've use inkget123, and other sites I can't recall the name to. i also bough in ebay, but I found that the ebay ones didn't last long. I usually buy from HP the brand of my printer and they arrive in a day the most 2 days and when I buy form them I see my ink last longer then buying elsewhere. Good luck :)
-
I buy my printer ink from Staples. They have the most reasonable prices. I also chose my printer because it cost a lot less to replace the cartridges.
-
@batmobile - Ink jet is expensive ink because it gives you no ink (only for 200 pages). Laserjet "toner" cartridges do cost a little bit more...around $50-$120 but you can receive 5000 pages on one "toner" cartridge.
printer ink is expensive
-
will certainly try these sites out
-
sorry dont try walmart
-
i got my last ink at amazon,,,it was a preyyt good price! :icon_rr:
-
I always use the refillable kind because I have noticed I save a lot of money this way. I am always using my printer and I go thru at least one full box in 2 weeks. It is very simple to use and easy directions.
-
I bought my last few cartridges on eBay. They worked fine and didn't cost a ton like "new" cartridges do. I definitely look at the cost of ink when I am considering a new printer, but they know you need it so they can make the prices whatever they want, which sucks. Good luck on the great ink search!
-
I usually purchase mine at Amazon. They have reasonable prices and often you qualify for free shipping.
-
tried the refillable just let me say it wasnt prewtty at all took me days to clean my hands
-
I've tried Amazon and thought prices were pretty good.
-
going to check it out most definitely
-
123inkjets is the site I bought from once. I have also bought from Wal-Mart. I would look around at different stores and websites that are legit to find the best deal. It may take you time though.
-
Absolutely! !! Read this 4inkjets.com cheap
-
No, I usually go the best buy to get it.
HAHAHAHAHA ! You must LOVE to over pay ! AHAHAHAHAHAHA
But yeah Ebay is good and so is http://www.cartridgeworldofkennesaw.com/ (http://www.cartridgeworldofkennesaw.com/)
-
I get mine at Staples and return the empy cartrige to get rebates for the next trip. Price is very good.
-
anyone know a good site to get some reasonable printer ink?
I always buy mine at Staples and get money back for all the emoty cartridges. Recycle! I also recently got a 10% off each time I buy ink for 1 year. I am getting ready to use it niow as a matter of fact. Now I will be saving 10% every time I buy ink and get my recycle money for turning in the used ones. Yeah!

sounds good!
-
Did u end up finding some?
-
no havent had time
-
when i can get the time thanks
-
The ones I got online weren't good, I use walmart.
-
You can buy refillable ink kits. They are fairly cheap and easy to use. You also get a lot of ink too.
-
Personally, I would not risk using refillable ink. I had a negative experience several years ago and gummed up my printer. Now I stick to the cartridges recommended by my printer manufacturer.
-
It depends upon the model ink cartridge you need for your printer. You should shop around and compare prices. I bought my printer ink from Simply Ink and so far I am pretty happy with the purchase. It is by far the lowest price I could find compared to Amazon or from the actual ink supplier. In the future I will purchase more than one qty to save some $$.
-
so now my 500 galloon fish tank sprung leak there goes my money for printer ink! have a 1ft algea eater in 10 gallon tank not gonna work!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
ok husband says 6 inches my bad
-
I've bought refillable ink cartridges on eBay and wouldn't take that route, again. It can be messy and if it dries up quickly it leaves you feeling like you were ripped off even if you pay almost nothing.
I like ordering online from Walmart where I click through a site like FusionCash to order so I get a discount, then I spend at least $45 on ink and whatever, so I can score some free shipping.
-
I was using printpal but I found it to be cheaper to order mine from epson I have an epson printer.
-
well i have a hp all in one it prints beautiful pics but a real ink hogg
-
Years ago I tried the refillable cartridges. It was a big mistake that made a big mess. Never again. I buy my black and colored cartridges at Staples.
-
are they reasonable at staples ,online i found them for 21 a piece office depot 32
