last months post i had 48 post and it would not let me submit my 30 post it said erro so know i looked on and tried to go back and re-post again and its not showing any post for the month of march whats going on.?

It did not happen to me like that, First time I heard a case like that.Hope they will fix it.

I am not an expert, but I think the post "counter" resets at the beginning of the month.  So, the number you see is for the current month.  I don't know what happened with March; maybe you should submit a support ticket and hopefully FC willl straighten it out.  Good luck!

Did you use the drop down on the request page to select the month of March? Then, just make sure when you are choosing the message id's, they are from a post from March or you will get an error when you try to submit.

Did you follow all the instructions? You did have more than 30 posts on eligible boards.

It might have something to do with all your posts are pretty short and seem to be pretty similar in content
